Using just DI in a hard water situation will just run through the resin rapidly. The filtration should be betore the power washer's pressure. The DI should be used as a 'finish' filter, with sediment, carbon and RO before it. This method gets the water down to 004-009 TDS (total dissolved solids) before getting to the DI, which without incorrect pressure will allow the resin to work fully and last much longer.

Please come out with a tire shine that has a nice wet high gloss “ show shine “ as some call it that drys to the touch and don’t hold dirt and dust . Chemical guys has one that is super glossy but only last a day or two with the heat from the road it dulls out ….

I used to smoke in my car, when it comes to deep stains like that you need to remove trims and wipe every single thing down clean Then use a shampooer to clean the floor and seats with everything out

Hey Man, every bottle I have ever tried usually fails within 1 month of chemical in them. The bottles themselves are fine but the trigger and sprayer always fails. Do your D lime bottles hold up to like wheel cleaners etc? Pretty intense stuff.

Our company does industrial grade cleaning. One of our clients is the Autobahn Meisterei (essentially Germany's highway maintenance organisation). We power wash their entire power washing hall which is about 85% tiled using a smaller Kränzle than that and get it looking like new. I'm bringing this up because yours must have been in REALLY bad shape to perform so poorly and I'd say you're being seriously unfair to a good company with the rare benefit of having excellent customer service.
